Returns and Policies

Everything in our store is made to order, due to this I am not able to offer exchanges or returns on personalized/custom items, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

You may return non-custom items, and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be sent back within 15 days of receiving the item. The full amount (minus shipping) will be refunded to the customer in store credit within 5-7 days of us receiving the returns. Please include your original packing slip or name and order # with the return.

I will only accept cancellations on orders within 24 hours of the order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective or a name is spelled incorrectly, I cannot accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items on sale
  • custom towels
  • phone cases
  • custom mugs
  • custom hats
  • custom tanks
  • custom t-shirts
  • custom hoodies
  • custom bags
  • custom bandanas
  • holiday-specific items

Missing mail: If an order is missing in the mail please fill out a missing package request from the post office. Many times carriers mark packages as delivered, but don't actually show up until the next business day. Please contact us if you are having troubles and we will help you track it down. Refunds will not be given for missing packages in the mail as this is out of our control. 

 It is important that you measure your dog's neck and compare it to the size chart, I will not accept exchanges or returns for personalized items.
