What is your Return Policy?

• Return packages must postmarked within the 10 days following delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed condition.
• Items returned with obvious use may be subject to denial and sent back to you.
• If received damaged, items will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
• Final sale or holiday items cannot be returned for a refund.
• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded

-At this time, online returns are only available for orders paid with credit, debit, or Paypal. Afterpay returns are not available at this time.

The full amount (minus shipping) will be refunded to the customer in store credit within 5-7 days of us receiving the returns. Please include your original packing slip or name and order # with the return.

What is your Exchange Policy?

• All items that are sent back as an exchange need to follow the applicable terms from the Return Policy listed above. Items that do not meet the acceptable conditions listed in the Return Policy above may be subject to denial.
• Online exchanges are limited to exchanges for the same item in a different size. Please call customer service for assistance with exchanges for different colors or styles, or if the size you wish to exchange for is unavailable.
• Online exchanges are available one time per item.
• Online exchanges are limited to shipping addresses in the continental US.
• Online exchanges must be initiated within 15 days from delivery of the item and post marked within 20 days.
- Return shipping is free for exchanged items, if postmarked within 10 days of initiation of exchange.• Final sale or holiday items cannot be returned for an exchange.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to ship. USPS shipping time is 3-7 business days. Possible delays may occur.

How do I check my tracking?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package. Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Ripley & Rue is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please fill out a missing package form request with USPS.
Please check your order to make sure the order address is correct. If the address is incorrect, we are not liable for incomplete/inaccurate addresses as stated on order, but contact us so we can watch to see if the order is returned to us. Check with your neighbors to see if it was mis-delivered to the wrong address. We unfortunately do not have any more information than what is stated on the tracking.
