At Ripley & Rue, every product is made just for you and your dog. Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like incorrect size, color preference, incorrect address or buyer’s remorse.
Why? A few reasons:

Each item is custom-made. We don’t hold inventory, and we can’t resell returned items.

Our production starts immediately. As soon as you order, it’s being printed just for you. No turning back.

We want to reduce waste. Print-on-demand helps us stay sustainable—accepting returns defeats that purpose.

We're a small biz, not a big-box store. We can't absorb the cost of return abuse like Amazon can.

We set you up for success. With detailed sizing charts, product photos, and quick support so you can order with confidence.
That said, if something’s actually wrong, we’ve got you.
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

Your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or flawed.
