At Ripley & Rue, every product is made just for you—and your dog. Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like incorrect size, color preference, incorrect address or buyer’s remorse.

Why? A few reasons:

  • Each item is custom-made. We don’t hold inventory, and we can’t resell returned items.

  • Our production starts immediately. As soon as you order, it’s being printed just for you. No turning back.

  • We want to reduce waste. Print-on-demand helps us stay sustainable—accepting returns defeats that purpose.

  • We're a small biz, not a big-box store. We can't absorb the cost of return abuse like Amazon can.

  • We set you up for success. With detailed sizing charts, product mockups, and quick support—so you can order with confidence.

That said, if something’s actually wrong—we’ve got you.

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or flawed.

  • You receive the wrong item.

📸 To submit a claim, email us at info@ripleyandrue.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and the issue

Please double-check your order before hitting submit—especially sizing, spelling, colors, and shipping info.
