  • Processing and shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Ripley & Rue is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once items are delivered to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns & Exchanges

At Ripley & Rue, every product is made just for you—and your dog. Because all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like incorrect size, color preference, incorrect address, or buyer’s remorse.

Why?

  • Each item is custom-made and cannot be resold.

  • Production starts immediately after you place your order.

  • Print-on-demand reduces waste, and accepting returns would defeat that purpose.

  • As a small business, we can’t absorb the cost of return abuse like big-box stores.

  • We provide sizing charts, mockups, and support so you can order with confidence.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or flawed.

  • You receive the wrong item.

📸 To submit a claim, email info@ripleyandrue.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the item/issue.

Please double-check your order before submitting—especially sizing, spelling, colors, and shipping details.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, logos, text, images, and graphics on ripleyandrue.com are the intellectual property of Ripley & Rue, LLC.

  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our content without express written permission.

6. Affiliate & Creator Program

  • Participation in our affiliate/creator program is subject to separate terms provided upon acceptance.

  • We reserve the right to revoke participation for any misuse or misrepresentation of the Ripley & Rue brand.

  • Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond what is expressly stated.
